CDC M-City

Project Overview

Eden Commercial Flooring delivered the tiling package for this CDC project at M-City. Large-format grey porcelain tiles were laid through the main retail floor, back-of-house and circulation areas, with the substrate ground, primed and levelled to achieve the flatness large tiles demand. Setting-out was worked from the shopfront line so grout joints run true past columns and into doorways, with levelling clips used throughout to control lippage. Works were programmed around centre access hours and other trades on site, then grouted, cleaned and protected ready for shop fitting.
