Project Overview

Eden Commercial Flooring ground and sealed the concrete floor through the Michael Hill Jewellers store in Moorabbin. The existing slab was diamond ground back to remove old adhesive residue and surface contamination, then refined to an even, lightly exposed finish before a clear sealer was applied to protect the surface and lift the tone under the store's display lighting. Because the tenancy trades daily and the display cabinets and stock could not be relocated, all works were carried out out of hours, grinding with dust extraction, cutting in by hand around the cabinet plinths and glazing lines, and staging the seal coats so the floor was cured, clean and ready for trade each morning.
