Malvern Office Fitout

Project Overview

Eden Commercial Flooring delivered the complete soft flooring package for this Malvern office fitout. The open-plan floor plate, boardroom, meeting rooms and breakout areas were laid in a textured neutral carpet tile, with a deep burgundy tile used to define private offices and create contrast against the timber joinery zones. Works were sequenced around the builder's programme and other trades, with careful subfloor preparation and precise setting-out to keep pattern direction consistent across the whole tenancy and clean transitions into the existing timber flooring.
