Project Overview

Eden Commercial Flooring delivered the full flooring package for the NDIA office in Dandenong across multiple levels of the building. The scope combined large-format resilient vinyl through the kitchen, breakout and circulation zones with carpet to the workspace areas, plus curved feature inlays set out on site to match the interior designer's documentation. Each level was programmed in sequence over eight weeks so the builder could keep other trades moving, with subfloor preparation, moisture testing and levelling completed ahead of every laying stage. Transitions between vinyl, carpet and tiled zones were detailed flush and clean, and the finished floors were protected until handover.
